Physical data such as wind speed, wind force, and wind direction at a specific coordinate on the actual sea surface throughout the day were recorded and are reconstructed in a virtual world. A virtual camera in the software used captured reflections to estimate the local wind field and wave spectrum. This data is rendered by an AIGC (AI-generated content) visual system onto an installation composed of 221 LED-lit acrylic rods. A mirrored glass panel at the center reflects the sea level, forming a complete horizon in this virtual reality environment. Through lens-like refraction and transmission of the acrylic and LED grid structure, viewers can discover different layers of light and shadow, and a tranquil yet energetic field. Through various activities, the space becomes a portal between the virtual and real worlds, transmitting constantly multidimensional feedback and inviting us to rethink our position in it.
